Administrators should set up labour rates for their locations to ensure accurate pricing for their customers.
There are two options for setting labour rates:
- One single rate for all brands
- Rate by brand
Click an option below to begin:

To set up one rate for all brands:
- Click the Administration tab.
- Click the System Settings tab.
- Enter the Labour Cost per hour and Labour Retail per hour amounts in the provided fields.
- Labour Cost per hour: Internal retailer's cost, per hour.
- Labour Retail per hour: Rate charged to the customer, per hour.
- Tick the Use above labour cost/retail as default box.
- When ready, click Save.

To set a rate for each brand:
- Click the Administration tab.
- Click the System Settings tab.
- If ticked, untick the Use above labour cost/retail as default box.
- Click the Set Labour Rates For Brands link. Note: It does not matter if the Labour Cost per hour or Labour Retail per hour fields are filled in.
- A new window displays. Enter the Labour Cost and Labour Retail amounts for each brand.
- Labour Cost: Internal retailer's cost, per hour.
- Labour Retail: Rate charged to the customer, per hour.
- Click OK.
- When ready, click Save.
