Searching for a Quote

Use the Historic Quotes tab to search for an existing quote. 

Note: Search results can be sorted by heading, including Quote No., Reg/VIN, and Status. Click the arrows next to the heading to sort as needed.

To search for a quote:

1. Click the Historic Quotes tab. 
2. Fill in the quote information to the best of your ability. 
   
   Options include: 
   • VIN
   • Registration Number
   • Customer
   • Address
   • Postcode
   • Quote Number
   • Date Period
3. Choose the appropriate Status, if known, from the list. 
4. If you wish to include deleted quotes in the search, tick the Include Deleted tickbox. Note: This functionality may not be available to all users.
5. When ready, click Search.
6. When the desired quote is found, click on it to highlight the record.
7. Click Continue to open the quote.
