Adding a Local Part

Use the Generic Parts tab to add Local parts that you recommend. You can add, delete, and update these local parts as needed through this tab. 

Note: Manufacturer Parts are recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. These parts cannot be added, removed, or edited.

To add a local part:

1. Click the Administration tab.
   
2. Click the Generic Parts tab. 
3. Choose the appropriate part from the Please Select Optional Part drop-down menu. 
   
   -or-
   Choose the appropriate part from the Please Select Mandatory Part drop-down menu. 
   
4. Fill in the provided fields to add the part. 
   
   Options include: 
   1. Quantity
   2. Description
   3. Part No.
   4. Cost Excl. Tax (p. Part/Ltr)
   5. Retail Excl. Tax (p. Part/Ltr)
   6. Tax Band
5. When ready, click Save.
