Updating Local Parts

Use the Generic Parts tab to update any Local Parts you recommend. 

Note: Manufacturer Parts cannot be updated.

To update a local part:

1. Click the Administration tab. 
   
2. Click the Generic Parts tab. 
3. Choose the appropriate part from the Please Select Optional Part drop-down. 
   
   -or-
   Choose the appropriate part from the Please Select Mandatory Part drop-down. 
   
4. Click the pencil icon to the right of the part you'd like to amend. 
   
5. Make changes as needed.
   
   Options include: 
   1. Quantity
   2. Description
   3. Part No.
   4. Cost Excl. Tax (p. Part/Ltr)
   5. Retail Excl. Tax (p. Part/Ltr)
   6. Tax Band
6. When finished, click Save.
