Within an open quote, non-standard labour costs can be added using the left-side panel.
Notes:
- DTU (Decimal Time Unit): 0.1 DTU = 6 minutes (1.0 DTU =1 hour)
- The labour subtotal at the bottom of quotes will not include miscellaneous labour items. Only manufacturer parts and labour from service jobs will be included.

To add a non-standard labour cost:
- From the left-side panel, click Labour.
- In the Miscellaneous Labour window, fill in the fields as detailed as possible. Note: This window times out if no action is taken within a few minutes.
Options include:- Labour (DTU)
- Description
- Total Price Excl. VAT
- When ready, click Add.
- The labour cost is added as a line item in the quote.
