Menu Pricing allows users to search for vehicles that have been previously added to the system.
Notes:
- You can search for a vehicle you have never before worked with using this method.
- Vehicles selected in this manner will have no customer associated with it in the quote.
- You can associate a customer with the vehicle at a later point in the quoting process.
- If a vehicle has multiple owners, multiple instances of the vehicle can be shown during a search, depending on where that information is saved.
- If your own Menu Pricing has this information saved, all customers associated with the vehicle will be displayed. Ensure you select the right vehicle/customer combination in the search.
- If this vehicle is associated with another customer at another repairer's, this information will not be displayed.

To search for a vehicle:
- Click the Create Quote tab.

- Click the Vehicle tab.
- Enter the vehicle information into the search boxes and click Search. Note: To search for a partial VIN, use an asterisk (*) in place of the missing characters.

- If a single vehicle matches your search, the Quote tab will automatically display.

If multiple vehicles match, your search results will display below. Double-click on the correct vehicle to continue.
