Handling Application Errors

Errors and inaccurate information should be logged in the Help & Support tab. 

Issue	Description
Error Message	If the application gives an error message, document it in detail.  Be sure to include: - Where you were and what you tried to do when the error occurred.  - Copy and paste all details of the error message. If not visible, click [Show Details] to view and copy them.
Inaccurate Data Within Jobs	If a job has missing or inaccurate data, be sure to include:  - Sample VIN or Registration Number - Job ID - Details of why the job content is inaccurate
Promotions/Jobs Not Found for Vehicle	Only vehicles registered in the last 10 years will show. Older vehicles may not be in the system or linked to jobs.  Be sure to include the VIN/registration number of the missing vehicle.

To submit an error or inaccurate information:

1. Click the appropriate brand. 
   
2. Click the Help & Support tab.
   
3. In the text box, enter a description of the error or inaccurate information (see table above for specifics). 
   
   
   1. Note: Your user and contact details will automatically be included with the message. 
4. When ready, click SEND.
