Beginning August 5, 2002, all JLR Menu Pricing users can reset their password from the login window.
Note: If you are having issues with the password-reset process, verify the following:
- The email address entered has been linked to a user account in JLR Menu Pricing.
- The password entered in the New Password and Repeat Password fields match.
- The newly created password meets the JLR Menu Pricing password requirements.
To reset your password:
- Using your Internet browser, go to https://jlr-menupricing.com/. Note: JLR Menu Pricing is designed to be used with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
- Click the Forgotten your password? link.

- The Password Reset window will display, type the email address used to create your account in the provided field.

- Click Reset. An email will be sent to the address entered.
- Open your email application to retrieve the email. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate, please email JLR.Support@oeconnection.com for assistance.

- Click the password reset link contained in the email--or copy and paste the link into your browser.
- The New Password window will display. Type your new password in the New password and Repeat password fields.

Passwords must:- Be 8-20 characters long.
- Include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
- Not match the Retailer or User ID.
- Not contain any spaces or punctuation marks.
- Click Save.
- You will return to the JLR Menu Pricing login window. Log into the application with your newly created password.
