Once a quote is saved in Menu Pricing, it can be emailed to a customer.
Notes:
- The customer must have a valid email saved in Menu Pricing in order to email a quote.
- If multiple email addresses should be saved, use a semicolon to separate them (e.g. emailaddress1@email.com; emailaddress2@email.com).
- The dealer must also have a valid email (set by an Administrator) in order to email a quote.
- You cannot change the body text of the estimate email. It is set by the Market and cannot be changed on a per dealership basis.
To email a quote:
- Click the Historic Quotes tab.
- Search for and open the quote you would like to email. (Click here for more information on searching for a quote.)
- Click Email.

- The email will send and a confirmation window will display. Click OK to return to the quote.
