Administrators can reset a user's password if they forget it. Note: All JLR Menu Pricing users can reset their password from the login window.
Note: Passwords must:
- Be 8-20 characters long
- Include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number
- Not match the Retailer or User ID
- Not contain any spaces or punctuation marks

To reset a user's password:
- Click the Administration tab.

- Click the User Maint. tab.
- Note: The Administration tab defaults to the User Maint. tab.
- Click the appropriate user's name to highlight it and click Edit.

- Alternatively, double-click the user's name to open their account.
- Enter a new password in the Assign and Confirm fields.

- Click Save.
- Provide the new password to the user.
