The System Settings tab allows administrators to configure Menu Pricing to meet your needs.
The following table breaks down each section of this window.

| Labour Cost per hour |
Standard labour cost per hour in the local currency. See Setting Up Labour Rates for more information. |
| Labour Retail per hour |
Standard labour retail cost per hour in the local currency. See Setting Up Labour Rates for more information. |
| Use above labour cost/retail as default |
Unticking this box enables you to select a labour rate by brand (Jaguar or Land Rover). For each vehicle, you can set a labour rate based on age (1-3, 4-7, 8+). See Setting Up Labour Rates for more information. |
| Labour Time Unit |
Time unit used as standard (DTU or AW). |
| Tax Bands |
Different tax bands used within your dealership. The first field amends Parts Tax Rate; the third field amends Labour Tax Rate. |
| Min Gross Profit |
Lowest percent of gross profit allowed when using the slider to give a discount to a customer. This prevents retailers from quoting a job below a certain value. |
| Generic Part Uplift in Percent |
Retailers may be permitted to uplift via a percentage on part prices, generic part prices, and/or labour rates (market-specific). |
| Default MFC Filter |
Retailers can filter down to the codes relevant per VIN. This sets the Minor Feature code filtering to default on or off when creating a new quote. |
| Quote Expiry (Days) |
Number of calendar days after which quotes expire. |
| Quote Prefix |
Set a prefix for quote numbers, to appear on printed quotes for reference (e.g. Q123456). |
| Quote Suffix |
Set a suffix for quote numbers, to appear on printed quotes for reference (e.g. 123456PK). |
| Next Quote Number |
Allows you to force the next quote number. |
| eVHC Password |
Manages the password used in your eVHC tool to connect to Menu Pricing. |
| Actual Part Uplift in Percent |
Percentage by which you would like to increase part retail prices. |
| Printer top margin (cm) |
If printing quotes on headed paper, use this field to ensure it is not overwritten with quote details. |
| Show Address on Quote |
Tick this box to show the dealership's address on the quote. |
| Default Customer Name |
Set a default customer name if you do not wish to enter customer details when quoting. Note: Leave blank if not used. |
| Prompt for Generic Parts Selection |
Tick this box to prompt the user to select a replacement item where applicable (e.g. engine oil, screen-wash). If not ticked, the user will need to manually look at job details for any possible replacement items. |
