Creating a Quote

Quotes can be created with or without the VIN or Registration Number. The VIN/Registration Number is required, however, to save a quote. 

Note: Quotes are saved indefinitely, but do have an expiration period determined by your system administrator.

To create a quote with a VIN or Registration Number:

1. Click the Create Quote tab. 
2. Fill in the vehicle's information. 
   
   Options include: 
   • VIN
   • Registration Number
   • Postcode
   • Customer Name
   • Address
3. When ready, click Search. 

At this point, you can begin adding to the quote: 

• Jobs
• Parts
• Labour

To create a quote without the VIN or Registration Number:

1. Click the Create Quote tab. 
2. Click the appropriate brand image. 
   
3. Click the appropriate vehicle model image. 
   
4. A number of drop-down menus appear to select vehicle attributes. Populate as many as possible and click Continue. 
   
   
   1. A warning pop-up message appears if there are any empty fields. Click OK to continue or Cancel to return and finish filling out the fields. 
      

At this point, you can begin adding to the quote: 

• Jobs
• Parts
• Labour
